I’m just visiting my friend for a few days, but I really like it here. The concierge was friendly and professional - I was a bit thrown off at first because the concierge wanted to make sure I was on the guest list, but then I realized that this is SF, and building security is important!
Easy move in, very helpful staff and apartments have plenty of space. Gym on site is also very convenient, though it does cost a little extra (45/month for residents). Overall, would recommend!
You'd be hard pressed to find a more beautiful part of the country than Chula Vista, which quite literally means beautiful view. And when Point Bonita Apartments & Townhomes is your home, you're in the heart of it all, close to the San Diego Bay and the historic downtown district with more than 100 specialty stores, restaurants, and cafes with beautiful apartments that are the perfect home base.
