Apartments and common areas need updating and better maintenance. Hallway carpets need a constant cleaning or replacement. Outside area is going downhill and needs to be maintained better as well… flowers etc need to be added. New cement outside was completed very sloppily and looks terrible. An overhaul needs to take place as the complex is looking more like a dormitory.
The location is good and safe.
Jimmy Nguyen, you the best leasing agent I seen. Thank you for your helping our application. You deserve a five stars!
Church Park apartments' concrete modernism and generous interiors have always appealed to Bostonians with a discerning eye. Spoil yourself with spectacular skyline views, be a regular at nearby cafes, shop, and explore the tree-lined streets surrounding these Back Bay rentals.
