Always a good vibe and service is exceptional
Staying at Joinery while our son moves into Inkwell. Perfect size for the 3 of us! 2 bedrooms 2 bath, fully equipped kitchen, clean, functional, comfortable safe and secure. Parking in garage is necessary, outside parking spaces are always full. Way better than staying at a hotel!
The worst apartment experience I’ve ever had in my life. They try to be nice during the first month, but after that, it feels like they don’t care about the residents. Whenever something breaks or stops working, it can take over a month to get it fixed—even for simple maintenance issues. The mailroom is not good either. I’ve lost items twice because of issues with the mailroom. Overall, I don’t think the management does a good job. I’ve talked to many residents, and a lot of them are unhappy with the management.
Joinery is a home for those who care about how things are made and where they come from. For those who find beauty in detail, meaning in materials, and purpose in every choice. We're here for the makers, the doers, the thoughtful Charlotte dwellers who want more from their home than just four walls. At our NoDa apartments, your space reflects your values: crafted to last, designed to connect.
