We moved in on September 25th and so far we have no complaints besides a minor thing that that office can’t really control. The maintenance team has been great so far. The only issue we have is our upstairs neighbors are so loud especially at night.

I absolutely love this place! In fact, I just signed for my second year. I was searching FOREVER to find the right apartment when I first moved to Raleigh. I struggled to find something affordable, clean, or not in the middle of the woods. Then Raleigh Exchange jumped out at me with affordable rent for one bedrooms with balconies that didn’t break the bank every month, very well maintained lawn and sidewalk care, and late night security surveillance that reassures my comfort and relaxation. One draw back that I have is a good and a bad issue at the same time.
