Will came quickly and cleaned spot on ceiling. We will be watching to see if the issue happens again.
Plenty of better and more affordable apartment options in South Orange.
This place used to be great, but I would avoid it now. Over the past few years, the amenities room has been closed for construction for the better part of a year in total. Broken fitness room equipment taking months to repair. Freezing pipes exploding, triggering overnight fire alarms. Broken main elevator. Broken restroom in the lobby. The list goes on. It is clear the management team is not investing in the property yet continues to raise the rent. You will be better off in other buildings in South Orange.
The Gateway at South Orange are luxury apartments in a boutique, amenity building. The building offers a gym, resident lounge and furnished rooftop exclusive to its residents. Call today to learn more.
